    hi all been here today and customer said some lights flashed so he turned it off,ive went today and any cycle you choose the pump runs and thats it continous no drum action fill etc.anyone had this before?
    the machine was running on a hot fill since install about 1 year ago dont think this would effect anything.

    Pumps and fills at the same time can only be that the triacs on the board have blown. Have you inspected the PCB?

    Hot fill for 1 year? All the guys wardrobe must have really shrunk by now? Did he speak with a squeaky voice? 😈

    hi thanks for the reply it doesnt pump and fill just pump constantly and ive inspected the pcb and cant find any blows!? he said everything came out hot but thought it was normal!

    Could be the pressure switch stuck in the overfill position but pcb is more likely. 🙁

    pressure switch was my thought as well but ive never seen the fault before. ill update when its sorted
