Hi this is definitely a odd question I’ve been call out to a Panasonic na-148xs1 it’s 2016 model and is completely dead have power into the mains filter and down to the main pcb module and I have power to the display facia board and the on switch which is a micro switch which I have tested and is working, l changed the display board and it is still dead anyone come across this before?

Why would you be ‘called out’ to an under warranty appliance anyway?
