Dear
After the head water pipe jump loose, and after the fire department did something outside the street that minimized the water in my home, the fire department broke something outside.
the water company has fixed that , but then I had several problems:
no hot water, poor water circulation (sometime it happens that less water comes out the shower, with no reasion).
finally these problems were solved, the cause was that a lot of sand entered the pipes in my home. even stones were found when the water company cleaned the head pipe. other technician cleaned the inside pipes. even the sensor (of something ) that calculates the water so it can be heated, was replaced. it seems the sensor was damaged by the sand.
yesterday I started the washing machine, when I came back a few hours, I thaught it was ready, but the clothes were the same, mayb ea little bit wet.
I start again, and opened the box where the detergent goes in, only a little bit water goes in it, very little bit, normally a lot of water goes in there.
I opened the tap, it works fine, I cleaned the pipe between the tap and wasmachine, ok, but there is sand on the connection on the wasmachine see picture:

How can I be sure the sand is completely gone from the wasmachine?
