Guys this is a washer dryer that makes a buzzing noise when using the 90c program. The noise appears to come from the metal duct that sits on top of the machine that I thought was to do with the tumble dryer. This duct work has a motor on top of it that has a small fan that normally spins round when on tumble dryer mode. Obviously the motor is not spinning this fan when on a wash program but the duct is hot to touch almost like the heating element is active.

Quick update turns out it is not only on the 90c program just more prevelant when using that program sounds very much like a vibration from the metal duct on top. Should this be doing anything when on a wash program?

Process of elimination, took the duct off and think it might be the heating element. Currently running machine without the element and it is not buzzing now. Heating element only seems to be held in with one winged clip. Will see if I can fettle it to hold firmer.
