hi all cust rang me saying the washer is not working,it wont reset and even after turned off when you restart and close the door the door locks without touching the start button and she said it doesnt do anything. when you hold start to reset it flashes to end then when you release it goes back as if it should be doing a wash.
any ideas?

Sounds like the typical symptoms of a faulty motor. These machines have a motor with a PCB in them and I don’t know any way of testing them as every pin you try shows as open cct.
