    Just bought and installed a brand new Hygena Cooker Hood Fan Motor to install into my Hygena App2430 Cooker Hood but the motor is not working at full power, it starts slow and needs a manual push before it speeds up to full power. Could the motor be faulty? Any advice appreciated.

    either

    1 motor is faulty or connected wrong

    2 capacitor is faulty ( from info seems to be 6.3uF but needs checking )
