    Above appliance American F/F according to customer is icing up on the two lower shelves in the fridge. There is a flashing snowflake in the display. Any ideas where to look for this fault?

    Check the freezer fan. prone to failure and will make the top of the freezer warmer than the bottom. Also causes the bottom of the fridge to get too cold.
