beko d3731 fs

    has worked okay for 2/3 years however now jus sits there and hums no water in machine nowt going round just a hum is it because there is no water it don`t go? had a look and after taking out salt holder there is another sealed cylinder alongside it seems to have filters top n bottom and a load o brown stuff inside is this supposed to be there and if not how the heck do i get it out??? as it is a sealed unit and tho i have tried flushing it water does go thru eventually but the brown stuff stays put! HELP!!!!!!! plz 😕

    The hum will either be the inlet solenoid or the circulation motor.

    The container you mention is filled with resin to aid the water softening process, don’t try and empty it 😉

    Is the water supply to the machine OK ?

    Whatever you’re doing with it, pull the plug !! :zap:

    yes water supply to machine is fine and okey dokey will not mt the gunge lol
