hi,
the machine will occasionally pump , I changed the pump checked heater, motor and blockages.
no joy them EMW said its a common fault, they sent me a board I changed it and its still the same any ideas welcome. thanks.Re: hotpoint wmd960 intermittent pumping
Put a new module not a repaired one it’s definitely a pcb fault I’ve had this problem with repaired pub off them before

i have always avoided new modules because of the smart card reader thing but i must admit i have had several problems with repaired boards recently.

The new Acadia modules can’t be programmed off the machine the top pcb has to be connected the smart card reader and smart cards are expensive but I have never had a problem with them hotpoint trade parts will be the best for this they will beat any trade price
