    Hi,

    We have an AEG Washer Dryer L87695WD. Working fine until a couple of days ago.

    Whenever you select any programme, the normal time to complete appears then after a few clicks from inside the machine the time reduces to “1” and then shortly after the door unlocks as it would do at the end of the cycle.

    No error codes displayed but I don’t think the pump is making the normal noises that it would when you first start a programme.

    Any ideas gratefully received – we are still under warranty but don’t want to make a callout if this is some blocked drain hose problem that doesn’t give the normal error code.

    All you can do is check and clean the drain filter. Beyond that nothing lest any intervention invalidate the guarantee. Call out the repair agents if the problem persists.

    Thanks, I’ve checked the drain filter and it’s clear. We’ll call out the warranty people!

    Select drain start the program then press both the start/pause button and the next button along to the left in together this will then display the engineers error code which you could pass on to the service centre
