    got a call from an estate agent to look at a washing machine. To use their words ” Landlord said machine is relatively newish ”

    well would love to know how he got that opinion

    bosch model WET2820gb / 13
    FD 8109 00457

    motor brushes have gone and its the old motor with hidden brush holders. look around for a date and from the few figures I found am guessing 2001

    anyone else have any ideas how to date from the FD code

    Just add twenty to the first two digits for the year, the second two digits are the month of production.

    Great machine, close to Miele quality, if otherwise good, well worth the £59 for a new motor front end.

    have ordered Car70 from Qualtex have fitted them before with no probs but will check toc in the morning just in case

    cheers for replies guys will ring the estate agent in the morning and have a laugh
