Hi customer has told me that this dryer will not work properly the condenser pump is running all the time with the door open has cleaned out filters no joy can any one help please

You will need to check out and clean the water tank, pump, float and surrounding areas. Most likely clogged with fluff and yuck.

Havant done a Bosch one before how do I get to the water tank and float area.

to do it properly you have to strip off the left hand side but as a quick check there is a panel inside where the condenser goes about half way back. has 2 plastic latches and you can lift it out and check the sump with a torch and a small mirror
to get the left side off you have to strip lid and top first then remove control panel to get at all the screws
