    Hi all,
    Has anyone had problems with these machines leaking from the soap dispenser draw before?I’ve had the water inlet box lid off,cleaned it thoroughly through with boiling water,the tub hose was a bit gunky also so that was cleaned.The dispenser draw is all cleaned.On a cycle,it fills through valve one and two at the start, no leaks.The customer says it’s doing it when it starts rinsing!?
    I can’t work out why,the water must be going down into the tub otherwise it would back up!

    Have you checked the hose that comes up from the pump housing at it’s joint junction just by the soap box? Had those block and cause air balance issues.

    result was all the hoses coming from the water path control box were blocked, especially from the side to top of tub, causing air lock preventing higher volume of water during rinse cycle flowing into tub, so was coming out the drawer.
