    Machine showing error code 1 which is listed as the door interlock. I have changed but no joy. I am suspecting the module must be the problem. Has anyone come across this please? Cheers. Steve.

    Check out the PCB at the bottom. The bridge rectifier could have blown?

    Like Martin has said check the dc rectifier also worth checking the module for any burnt parts you will have to take plastic cover off module thou well worth checking as Hoover dc machines are prone to more than 1 part going. Kai
