    found that there was heating problem not sure if its the PCB or motor heater or both ??

    What resistance readings are you getting from the heater terminals?

    Between terminals 2-3 and 3-4 should read 10.5 ?
    Between terminal 2-4 should be 21? approx

    Have you looked for surface damage on the PCB?
