Hi, I have an integrated electrolux larder fridge ern3420 p/n 923800711. The complete back wall is freezing over. The display shows what looks like a small zero, error code. Im trying to locate the thermostat to see if theres any obvious fault with it. Can someone tell where/how I can locate the thermostat please?

    Thanks

This model has no thermostat it is electronic controlled . When a small square is in the display this indicate’s one of the NTC sensors has failed (these are what send the temperature’s to the main control board) but equally it could be the main control board itself.

Thanks Captaincaveman. Where do I locate the NTC sensors?

The parts info doesn’t show you where they are in the fridge but, they’re all connected to one block running from the back of the control board by the look of it and they all come as one item.

Thanks Kwatt. Yes I found the header that connects the NTC loom to the PCB. I’ll see if I can verify if the individual NTCs are good or not with a multimeter. Any suggestion as to what my meter should read is welcome? I’m hoping a faulty unit will show open or closed CCT.

    Thanks
