    Hi,
    Our machine is stuck with 8 mins left to run. We have tried to cancel the program to no avail. When we cut power to the machine and turn it back now on the display lights up and goes through a sequence. The pump runs for approx 5 secs then the machine stops and the display dies. The only way to turn it on again and go through the same pointless sequence is to disconnect the power and plug in again. I have disconnected the pumps and started it but the same happens. Any ideas apart from dragging it down the stairs and leaving it for the scrap man !!! Many thanks

    I suspect the pcb has gone so I would advise either a engineer visit or new machine there will be a 3100 number inside machine which would help on further looking into problem
