flavel milano 100 cooker

The customer states that there is no heat, no fan and no light on in the main oven, am I right in thinking there is a toc on these cookers that if open circuit would cause this problem (if so where is it located)?

Any help appreciated !

thats not the correct model but its probably a Beko in which case its at the back of the oven on the right looking from the rear

if you have model or prod code ( prob starts 772) i could look up the part number
