a customer reported that this freezer wasn’t reaching temperature but the power went out. It was set in the cafe and discovered there was a problem with the freezer this morning. Something might have happened over the weekend?
I checked the temperature and it seems to be OK for the setting of -18 and the air temperature measured at -20. The alarm light is still flashing. I have not been able to reset it.
Can anyone suggest on how to reset it or is there a fault within the freezer?
