    this f/freezer is not diispensing any water but is making ice ok. lock is not on and I’ve checked for air locks and tried a new valve thinking it maybe that but still nothing. Is there a motor in the dispenser?

    The pre cooling tank in the fridge section may be frozen.

    Defrost the tank in the fridge behind the veg draws in the fridge and it will most likely work but you may need to buy a new panel in the fridge as the insulation may be breaking down.

    water dispenser lever was broken at the end so wasn’t making contact with the micro switch, hence wasn’t opening the valve!
