KeymasterMorning,
I’ve now created a database to collate the info on you guys so that UKW can communicate correctly with you, especially in regards to subscriptions and monies administered. It also makes sense to add an emailing block list of you all as we roll out further advantages to subscribers over the summer period. One email will save stacks of time and ensure you are all updated together.
This database is for UKW only and will be used for no other purpose than our business.
I would ask that between now and friday you “pm” me an email address where I can over the weekend send you a small request for info on your selves and a secure email to return the info to.
Hoping that you all agree.

KeymasterRe: Subscribers Database
Here we are Friday lunch, my thanks to the 7 subscribers who responded to the email request, your details are now on the database.
As for the rest of you, apart from Admin, I have added the details we had so if you have changed email accounts since you supplied any info to us, we, sadly will be out of date with you. Over the last two years some of you have filled out MFI, Network-Dasa and other forms asking for details about your businesses, all this data is available to us as we were in the forefront of organising those work offers, at the time. However, I have also managed to update Trading names, address, postcodes, the postcodes you cover for our records. There are a few gaps and I will now pm individuals to see if you will fill in the gaps, there is no need for me to send out another FORM!
You might ask WHY we want the info, well its not rocket science to work out the evolution of UKW, but I’m (and Admin) not quite in position to tell you, yet.
One of the benefits of being a subscriber is that you will get the opportunity 1st, so please keep this in this forum, be patient, we are plotting and all subscribers will benefit.Do try to get to Sibson in September, you won’t regret it.

hi to all.
We are about to send out invoices for a years subscription to UKW which is £60.00 plus Vat. Over the next week you will receive yours, if, you are due one. There are one or two that are already paid in advance to various dates in 2005. You will receive yours when appropriate.
Please cancle your standing orders after receipt and we would appreciate prompt payment

hi Mark,
we now have 39 subscribers, therefore the admin involved in checking the s/o have been paid, is not met by subscribers. As this has an admin cost, I need to keep the costs low if possible. This is an obvious path.
Also bear in mind if we have more interest due to the flyer it just increases the admin.Hope that helps to explain why…
