    This machine is cutting out after the door locks and programme starts. The door lock light flashes and temperature setting goes to cold, display goes to 1 min. I’ve checked the heater and motor, and after reassembling it worked for 15 mins. The user said it’s been intermittant for “a week or two”. Anyone have a clue?

    I know you said you checked the heater and motor but points to a slight earth leak on one of them.

    Meggered and checked again when it decided to work. It’s now stopped again after a couple of loads. Thought maybe a loose conection, but everything seems tight. It’s in a retirement complex, so gets used heavily. Seems like control board fault, but would like to prove it first.
