hi guys purchased new dishwasher obecgdaf6000207 on 13/08/14 this m/c had to have a new wiring harness on 17/06/15 and new pcb on the 29/06/15 all then ok but on the 14/08/16 new fault developed which kept tripping out the ring main on the house.went to currys to complain but out of warrenty so wasnt holding out much hope,manager of store told me to get independant report which i have had which points to multiple seepage points on the metering tank and crystalisation around tank welds,now with this evidence they will not accept this report has its not on headed paper and want to know if this dishwasher was sold faulty from new, how can anyone proove or put there name and reputation on the line and say it was faulty from new,cheers nigel

It’s incredibly difficult to prove, either way, aside from getting pretty expensive to do so that’s why you will struggle.
The general rule of thumb being that, if it didn’t fail within a few months then chances are the fault was not present when the machine was sold.
More so if there are not multiple instances of similar issues.
Unless is absolutely without any shred of doubt whatsoever that the fault was there from new then no company will say that it was or they could find themselves in trouble.
