    Hi
    I have had the above cooker hood for 2 years. Today the fan is not working. Whether I place the level at 1, 2 or 3 it hums at me but does not extract. The lights still come on. Any ideas where to start?

    It’s most likely the motor that’s jammed or faulty by the sound of it.

    I will see if I can access the motor tonight to give it a clean. If that does not work I guess I am into sourcing a new motor.
