    Hi I have a Hotpoint washing machine Model WMUD962G UK, the drum bearing has become very noisy and i beleive could be under Hotpoint’s parts warranty.

    Unfortunately I am unable to find my original receipt, is it possible to identify the year of manufacture from the serial number ?

    Serial No 212199262

    There is also a COD 30749059000
