    Hi Guys

    Can anyone shed any light on the above error code for this Hotpoint oven.
    Customer says it mostly happens after cooking.

    Sorry model number should be os897d.

    Ive got the same fault on this oven. Did the probe work or was it the PCB.

    I can’t remember what I did yesterday let alone a year and a half ago. I’ll try and look back for details.

    No problem, just wondered if it was a job that you remembered or not off the top of your head. I’ve never come across this fault code. Don’t worry, its not urgent
