LG washing machine F1402FDS5 has a faulty Power Module PCB part no. EBR37542901. Power in, no power out. After talking to a couple of local engineers and reading post messages I don’t want to fit a PCB if another part is taking it out. Anyone had this problem? and successfully repaired.

Is the little glass fuse blown on the board? If it has there will be an external reason to suspect other parts. You might have to dig the resin out around it to test it though.

Yes fuse is open circuit. We came to the conclusion that an external part had caused the power module PCB to fail. Can anyone point us in the correct direction? Anyone repaired successfully?

Previous post incorrect. The glass fuse hasn’t blown. I’ve checked for earth faults etc. Cannot detect any other faults. Has anyone changed a power module PCB successfully?
