    My daughter has bought her first home – there is a built in Ariston electric oven and gas hob
    Unfortunately there are no details on the three dials at the top of the oven and no manual – we also cannot find the model number – not helpful I know. I have looked on the internet and the model could be FX51

    There is no Ariston FX51 listed in the official parts information???

    There is an FZ51, are all the markings completely rubbed off the facia?

    There is a link HERE to an Australian web site. You can download a pdf for the FZ51X which might be very similar or even the same as your oven.
