indesit/hotpoint drier recall

I have had indesit out 3 times for the modification to my indesit is70c dryer. first they sent some muppet round, he was there 5 minutes and said it was done. I know that there is a kit that has to be fitted consisting of new back panel and bearing. all he did was drill a hole in the drum and put a rivet in it. called them back, they sent somebody else out that did change the parts that should of been changed but left it so noisy that it couldn’t be used. called them back again, somebody else came out and said it needed a new drum, not my problem I told him, he spoke to an area manager, got told to cut the plug off so it couldn’t be used. I then got told it would be replaced. this was 6 weeks ago. nobody from indesit has phoned me back with a date yet. what should I do?
