Washer Dryer Candy Alise GOW475 stops working at the stain blaster mode where it flashes the stain blaster and 90 degree lights 12 times between the pauses and it will not function. The door stays locked. I want to know the problem for the 12 flash code. Please help!

Could be error code 12 which you can do a search for on the site I know you say the light flash 12 times but what function is the machine not doing (not draining )for example

Not quite drying. Laundry comes out moist. Like drying has stopped mid cycle. Door locked. I looked i couldn’t find code 12 anywhere.

If you have a problem with the dryer side there can be a few things it could be dryer fan motor faulty dryer ntc poss the water valve if it’s not working correctly if you look at any of these unplug machine remove lid and they are all at the top for checking you will need to use a multimeter to check components,if you don’t know how do this get someone in hope this helps you kai
