LG washer jumps

LG washer with steam function no model number yet changed the rear half where the bearings are and the suspension but customer phones me up 3 weeks later saying that the machine is jumping out.just wondering what to look for? Any help appreciated.

If its the direct drive version possibly erratic motor action ( ramping too fast ) due to a faulty ” hall ” sensor on the direct drive.

Thanks very much thats what I’ve ordered today I thought it had to be a sensor of somethat’s good to know I’ve ordered right part much appreciate your advice kai

This machine has been the same since I changed the hall sensor could it be the rotor or stator?
