    I´m getting an error code A01 when the machine is starting washing.
    can anyone help me with this problem?

    It means the ant-flood protection has been activated by water in the base.

    It probably means a leak has caused it or it’s overfilling.

    You can try to remove the water from the base by tipping the machine backwards (towel at the ready). If it re-occurs, you’ll need an engineer to rectify the leak.

    If you are planning on having a look yourself, please whip that plug out from the socket first :zap:
