Customer said the machine stopped mid cycle and the lights flashed.
Not sure which lights they were but thinks it was the bottom 2, maybe in both rows.
She turned it off then on again to see if it would restart, the lights still flashed.
She tried this again then on the third attempt the machine would not turn on.

There is power to the machine, I have continuity through the selector switch. There’s no insulation fault and I have checked the PCB’s for any damage.

Is there anything else I should be looking at? I am swaying towards a board fault, has anyone come across this before.

A failure of one of the smaller components can cause the display to go blank. You could try disconnecting each one in turn to see if the display comes back to life. Ie 3D sensor , inlet valve , pressure switch etc

    Thanks nomadPaul,
That’s a new one to me, I will go back and start disconnecting.
If I cause an error doing this will I need to reset the machine after or will reconnecting the component clear any fault?

It should clear if anything appears when you reconnect. The only thing I would say is that on the occasions I’ve seen this , I can’t remember it bringing up any errors prior to failure. Worth a shout though.

    Just a quick update.
I returned and tried disconnecting smaller components but still nothing on the display.
    Still, worth checking.
