    Just defrosted my De Dietrich integrated freezer but now the low temp buzzer is on unless the fast freeze is on.
    When the fast freeze is switched off the buzzer comes on and will not go off, even when the door is closed or the door activated device is pressed in.
    The ice had not fully melted (most had) and in an attempt to hurry the process up I used a wooden spatula. I have done this in the past being careful.
    The model number is 2563.

    Is the freezer cooling ok.as you may has caused a leak on the evaporator.

    In that case check to see if you have a sensor or a thermostat wire loose from the freezer evaporator as this may be triggering the alarm to say it’s not cold enough.
