    Hi Guys,

    You were so helpful recently, getting our machine back up and running…
    However, sadly, we seem to have a final issue…

    From time to time, the machine won’t start, saying to close the door, when it is closed…

    It’s had two new interlocks, the most recent one, has lasted about 5 washes….
    It’s also had a new control board, and repaired power board…

    So, I ask, could it be anything else?

    Has the small latch in the door become displaced.

    You should be able to operate the door interlock by pushing the slide carefully to the right with a small screwdriver.

    Have just checked and the door latch is fine, it just doesn’t seem to recognise that the door is closed, and lock…have tried with a screwdriver, to no avail….

    Could it be control board related?

    Damn! It’s only just been replaced…. 😥

    Does that place in Cumbria repair them too?

    Possibly, you would have to ask them, surely getting to the point of no return though. 🙁
