I know i’m being vague but the customer can’t find a model number or instruction book and I’ve not been out to take a look yet, but I have had a customer call tonight with a ceramic Lamona Hob and H is flashing and not coming on. Does anybody have any idea what the problem is.
Sorry for not having a model number yet.Any help would be appreciated.
