Bosch smv50c00gb/20

Hi guys, have had bosch dishwasher into workshop and replaced faulty heater/wash pump assembly as no heat when washing run it in workshop twice before taking it back to customer and reinstalling, had problems starting programs, wash light and rinse aid light flashing and unable to select programs and will not switch off on panel and unable to reset, it just locks you out, it had been on the van overnight so I thought it might have got damp so gave it a blast with hair dryer and done insulation test and checked all components, worked once in customers house but back to flashing lights again, also is it possible to seal cabinet joint between plastic and stainless steel cabinet as had another badly leaking from rear bad design??any help would be most appreciated.
