Hi,
My LG premium ez digital american fridge freezer currently is not cooling at the top of the freezer and the top of the fridge. The Fridge is also compensating at the bottom and is freezing anything that is in the draws. Any help is much appreciated

It will be a fan or a self defrosting fault.
Empty the fridge and freezer and turn it off with the doors open for 48 hours / 2days to allow it to fully defrost as any ice will be behind the panels.
when you turn it back on leave it for 4 to 6 hours and if it has cured the problem but it returns after 3 to 6 Weeks it will be a fault with the defrost system.
If it does not cure the fault it will most likely be a fan fault.
