    Can anyone help ?

    I have a smeg dishwasher model DW164 , about 3 years old.

    I am getting an error code E3 which indicates that the water is not heating properly. I have checked the element with an AVO and its fine any ideas for where to look next.

    I am engineer (central heating boilers and not dishwashers though !!)

    Most likley one of the thermostats if the heater’s OK.

    There’s one in the door I believe as well as the one by the heater.
