VHC69BCB. Start machine, it spins, all warning lights flash together, after the machine is stated about 30 seconds in. Then goes into cool down mode. Pressed and held start button and delay start button for 30 seconds, and all light then flash 3 times? Help

Poss 1of 3 things pcb,heater or ntc probe you will need a meter to check these I would check the heater 1st

What reading am I looking for on meter when testing each component, for a good working piece ?

If you test the heater there is a thermostat and ntc with wires going to them on the heater these should read 0.5ohms or around that then the front ntc should read in the region of 30-40kohms there is no way of you checking the pcb hope this helps kai
