    model N21H40n0GB/01
    It is suppose fully shut but it protrudes about 20mm. Anyone with experience of these?

    Does the draw function?
    Some have a locking device the older models which I think is the one your talking about should just push shut without locking shut so the only thing it comes into contact with that could possibly stop it going back would be a bent pin on the rear of the draw I take it the draw is held on via two screws I take it these are in I can only suggest removing it and looking closer

    there is a socket on the rear of the draw housing, replaced as a kit of all the parts if that’s the issue.
