Connect need to offer a better delivery service.
Parts I ordered before cut off time on Thursday have not arrived,
Disapeared who knows where.
Reordered parts yesterday just checked and they are not going to be delivered today, becourse of volume of work.
They can lmprove the service by laying on extra late collections at warehouse if they have failed to process orders on time.
Or send a email informing us that they have failed to process order.
I tried to order a part for direct delivery 2.30 on wednesday, part never arrived to me or customer.
some smart arse called PETER claimed my wife had phoned at 3.15 and cancelled the order, this was an absolute lie, checked orders and it didnt go through despite PETER saying I had ordered it twice.
Now I have lost face with the customer as I still dont have the part.
