    The bearings on my 3 year old Siemens WM14Q390GB are gone. Fortunately still under warranty and Siemens are giving me a new machine. They have offered WM14N200GB machine as replacement as my machine not made any more. I’ve tried unsuccessfully to compare – I assume it’s a newer model of my old machine. Can anyone verify?

    Thanks. It looks like mine was from IQ500 range and the replacement is IQ300. I’ll ring Siemens tomorrow to clarify. Thanks again.
