    Hi,
Customer complains of not washing efficiently and not heating.

    PNC 911 936 251 01
    Ser No 03470043

Went this morning and found the water fills to just level with the metal filter plate in the base. So obviously insufficient water fill before motor cuts in and water stops.

No blockages anywhere – very clean machine throughout. It has two pressure switches. One being the heater safety (I presume) the other being the level switch.

Can I assume the level switch is faulty or is there another likely fault causing this? Haven’t changed a pressure switch for years!

    Can anyone date this machine?

    Thanks in anticipation.

    Thanks for the manual Dave,

New level pressure switch resolved the water filling level problem.
