Odf21300b (7731686332) I need a main oven fan motor for this double oven. Existing failed motor is the one with the tray or shroud around the back of the motor. Spares supplier quoting part no 264440102 (without shroud) as a replacement. The shaft on new one is way too long.

part number is correct
have sent you the strip down info
it shows early motor but later on shows later motor fitting
may help worth a try

If you do get it to fit then remove the earth tag from the back otherwise the protruding screw buzzes on the rear panel

Thank you both for your helpful replies. Even though that part no is listed everywhere as the correct one for this oven, it is not. Found another similar motor(300180380) with shorter shaft in my van. The only thing I had to do was put 1 washer on each of the three legs. Thanks again.

looking at the picture of the oven rear it seems to have 2 sets of holes. 1 set is recessed and the other is not. could this be an answer the newer motor goes on the other set of holes ?
