    The defrost heater on my Samsung F/F has gone open circuit and I need a replacement. Most sites quote part number DA-00056A but this appears to be the cover heater and not the main defrost heater element that wraps around both the front and back of the evaporator. The service manual hasn’t got a part number for this which suggests it only comes as part of a new evap assembly.

    However a dodgy Google translation of what looks like the Russian version of UKW suggests that part number DA47-00139A can be used and indeed the pictures look exactly like my defrost heater, however there seems to be no UK source for one, can anyone help?
