    Hi,
    We do a lot of instore repairs & for many years have used a 2 part carbonless tag with a tear off part for the customer. The company we used to get them from has been taken over & the new company do not do anything similar.

    Does anyone else use a similar type of tag for in store repairs.

    JOb description – Customer address & invoice on the top copy, which is duplicated on to the hard copy underneath & also having the tear off part with the job # on all 3 pieces.

    have mine printed

    3 parts A records B customers copy C appliance tag all with same number

    mine are not as big or complex. no invoice bit etc. we have to write customers details twice but apart from that they work
    we then have a big book where all the repair numbers are down the margin. gives us a quick look up for repair status
