I smashed the innermost glass in my beko pyrolitic oven , beko are taking ages to get me a replacement (coming from the factory in Turkey) its a triple glazed door so still has two panels – is it safe to use without the innermost glass ? obviously i wont be using the self cleaning function….

    Politically correct answer is, no.

Real world answer is, so long as you’re cooking at low temperatures (i.e. less than 200?C) it’ll probably be okay but, can’t guarantee that.

Should you do so it is entirely at your risk obviously but if it were me, I probably wouldn’t.
