    Hi,

I have a Miele G1143SC and it has the following fault.

When started it will do its drain cycle and then begin to fill. When it starts to fill it makes a squirting noise from the upper rear of the machine for about 2 seconds and then the filling cuts out. The inlet light will start to flash. It will then try to fill some more and make the squirting noise again before cutting out.

After doing this for about a minute it will be full of water and will drain it all.

    I have taken a video here: https://youtu.be/0PiiU7sUruU

Any advice would be really helpful.

I have checked the inlet hose filter and it is clear.

    Thanks

It COULD be a blockage in the circulation motor or the motor not running to speed.

HI thanks for the advice. I have done a bit more testing and notice that sometimes during the drain cycle at the start it will try to pump round to the wash arms but only for about a second or so. I have the top of the dishwasher off and can see it come halfway up the pipe to the washing arm but then stops. It does also make the draws etc inside the dishwasher wet so some water is getting sprayed round for a second.

Do you know anything I can do to test if it is the circulation motor getting blocked or how I might fix it?

    Thanks
    Steve
