    As no heat was coming from dryer I first replaced the element. Still no heat. I then replaced the thermostat but again no heat. Everything else works fine – ie drum turning and plenty airflow from outlet. Am confused!! Any suggestions as to what else could be wrong??

    And no mention of you actually testing these components electrically before you replaced them?
